  Franchise Discovery and Award Process 

 

Snelling franchises are awarded after the completion of a mutual discovery process designed to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed business decision.  This decision is an important one for both you and Snelling. 

Successful franchise candidates closely follow the discovery process… much like a successful franchise owner closely follows the Snelling system.  This process gives us both an opportunity to learn more about each other while determining if a mutual interest develops.  

Initial Inquiry

During this call we will start answering your initial questions about a Snelling Staffing franchise, discuss your geographic interest, qualifications and outline the discovery process.

Candidate Profile Form

The Candidate Profile Form is completed by the prospective franchise owner and reviewed by the Franchise Development department to verify minimum qualifications for franchise ownership.   

Franchise Disclosure Document

The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is sent to the prospective franchise owners for review.  This document contains a great deal of information about our franchise program and company including our corporate financials, average billings, a list of our franchisees and a sample copy of our franchise agreement. 

Discovery Conference Calls

These conference calls are completed to continue the overall discovery process. These calls give prospective franchise owners the detailed information about our franchise program.  Subjects covered  include training, operations, marketing, payroll services and the overall support programs that are available to our franchise owners.

Franchisee Calls

Calls are made to existing franchise owners to gain insight into a “day in the life" of a franchise owner along with other pertinent information important to the decision making process.

 

Discovery Day

 

Prospective franchise owners visit our Dallas Support Center for a one day Discovery event. Meeting with department heads and the senior management of the company, it is a great opportunity to discuss specific activities associated with being a successful Snelling franchise owner. 

Agreement Signing

After a successful Discovery day, Franchise Agreements are prepared for your signature. After your agreements are signed you should expect that you can open your doors for business 45-90 days later.

Pre-opening Process

A pre-opening schedule is developed with each new franchise owner covering pre-opening items which include your training schedule, site selection, interviewing, hiring additional staff, marketing programs, etc. 

Grand Opening

The new office opens!  Additional training and support is provided on an ongoing basis as owners grow their business.
